Εντυπώσεις

Μείναμε 2 βραδιές με τα ενήλικα παιδιά μου. Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη. Το δωμάτιό μας έβλεπε στην καταπληκτική του αυλή, πολύ καθαρό, φανταστικά στρώματα, μαξιλάρια, μπάνιο. Ήταν πανέμορφο καθώς και άλλο δωμάτιο που είδαμε. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό και πρόσχαρο προσωπικό! Το πρωινό πολύ καλό, μοναδική εμπειρία να το απολαμβάνεις στην αυλή! Αν ξαναπάω Χανιά, οπωσδήποτε στο Χαλέπα! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Ένα νεοκλασσικό αρχοντικό που μετατράπηκε σ' ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο! Διατήρησε άριστα την διακόσμηση του παλιού αρχοντικού παρέχοντας ταυτόχρονα όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Σε μια από τις ωραιότερες περιοχές των Χανίων, κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και πολύ ήσυχη! Κατά την διάρκεια του check in μας ενημέρωσαν πως μας αναβάθμισαν το δωμάτιο και μας δόθηκε δωμάτιο στον 3ο όροφο, ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη για μας! Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα και πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένα. Άψογη καθαριότητα και καθημερινή αλλαγή στα σεντόνια και στις πετσέτες. Όλο το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό μας εξυπηρέτησε σε οτι χρειαστήκαμε, μας παρείχαν ακόμη και ομπρέλες θαλάσσης! Το πρωινό είναι πολύ ικανοποιητικό, μπορείς να το απολαύσεις στην αυλή, στο roof garden με θέα την πόλη και φυσικά στις 2 αίθουσες…

Μένουμε τα τελευταία 3 καλοκαίρια για αρκετές μέρες στο Halepa και μόνο καλά λόγια έχω να πω για το πανέμορφο αυτό νεοκλασικό κτήριο. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο και οι χώροι έχουν κάτι από την παλιά αίγλη. Μειονέκτημα αρκετά μεγάλο θεωρώ πως είναι το ίδιο ακριβώς πρωινό τόσα χρόνια! Ποικιλία μεν, βαρετή δε. Φρούτα και λαχανικά που έχουν μείνει και από την προηγούμενη είναι απαράδεκτα. Ειδικά στην Κρήτη!!!! Φέτος μείναμε στην πτέρυγα των παραδοσιακών δωματίων, αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου ήταν η μικρή ντουζιέρα. Έχεις ένα τόσο ωραίο δωμάτιο και η ντουζιέρα είναι μικροσκοπική. Εμείς κάναμε το μπάνιο μας οριακά.... ένας άνθρωπος με περισσότερα κιλά τι θα κάνει? Κατά τα άλλα το σημείο είναι φανταστικό, μαγικό θα έλεγα, με τα Χανιά να είναι μόλις 15 λεπτά περπάτημα και τα…

Ενα μοναδικο ταξιδι στο παρελθον που σε γεμιζει μοναδικα συναισθηματα σε συνδιασμο με το μοντερνο και το κλασσικο!!! Τα δωματια ζεστα και το προσωπικο παντα προθυμο να σε εξυπηρετησει.Το τζακουζι στον τελευταιο οροφο προσφερει μοναδικες στιγμες χσλαρωσης!!!

Ένας πολυ προσεγμένος χώρος σε ενα παλιό αρχοντικό με πολύ καλες υπηρεσίες και ωραίους χώρους! Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό . Σας το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ενα απο τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία στα Χανιά.

Πάρα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο με ωραία ατμόσφαιρα εποχής , πλούσιο μπουφέ πρωινού και ένα εξαιρετικό προσωπικό φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει και να βοηθήσει . Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα για διαμονή.

Eίναι η ιδανική επιλογή για οποιονδήποτε θέλει να ζήσει τη γοητεία του χθες και του σήμερα, τον μυστικισμό της περιοχής μέσα από μια ιστορία που δεν εφησυχάζει, την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση και την εκπληκτική βόλτα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο.

This is a nice colonial style hotel about 15 minutes-walk from the centre of Chania. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is decent. There is a wonderful garden to relax in at the front of the hotel and a fantastic roof terrace where you can relax with a drink, enjoy great views over Chania and enjoy the jacuzzi. As I said it is a short a pleasant walk into Chania to the bars and restaurants.

Spent ten nights at this lovely hotel just twenty minutes walk from the very interesting town of old Chania .The hotel was was to a high standard of cleanliness ,the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and looked after us throughout . Excellent roof top area to relax .We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in a quiet location .

The rooms were clean, great service and very helpful staff, always happy for a chat and give some great recommendations. Lovely rooftop seating area and beautiful tranquil garden area. Parking at rear in complex or on street, short stroll to chania town.

We spent in this hotel two nights. It was as beautiful as on the pictures. Clean, classy, relaxing atmosphere, with mansion-like decor. Private secured parking at the back, comfortable beds, air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choices. We had our first breakfast in the garden, but you can also have it in the elegant dinning room or at the terrace on the roof. On the departure day we had very early flight and the receptionist made sure that breakfast was ready 30 minutes before regular time. This former British Embassy residence is located in quiet area of beautiful villas in gardens. Very close to Old Town (25 minutes walk). Just returned from a lovely week at the Halepa Hotel with my wife. Our flight arrival was delayed but Staff were tracking it, so the Hotel shuttle bus was on time waiting to transfer us the 20 min journey. The room was big and spotless. A pleasure to have breakfast in the garden. Roof terrace very quiet with nice views. Bus stops close to hotel. A trip to Stavros beach was 30 mins and cost 2.30 euros each way. 20 mins walk to edge of Chania marina. Marathi bay recommended. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful but we have to say a special thank you to the ever happy Costas for his daily chats and advice on places to visit and to eat at etc. Thanks all at the Halepa!

Enjoyed staying here for three nights in September. Generous buffet breakfast that guests could chose to eat in the garden or dining room according to preference. Evening sundowners on the roof terrace watching the sunset were magical. Atmosphere is calm and relaxed, away from resort bustle, walking into town takes no more than 15 minutes along pleasant seafront promenade.

The staff was wonderful and welcomed us with great hospitality. The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting at the cafe tables, sipping our fresh lemonade. Our kids loved eating their ice cream sundaes at the rooftop cafe.

Breakfast generally good with good varied choice. Location suited us well. Quiet location near two very good restaurants and away from the crowds in downtown Chania. Bus stop opposite was very useful.

Great hotel, a touch of elegance. Very clean, excellent staff, spacious room and super comfortable bed. The rooftop was charming with drinks and jacuzzi available. Breakfast was ample and very tasty.

Friendly hotel and perfectly placed for a 20 minute walk along the Venetian Harbour and on to the Old Port of Chania. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful , making us feel welcome from the start. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. This is our third stay at property and love the hotel and location for charm and proximity to old town center.

Beautiful building, receptionist was friendly, professional and accommodating, dealing with our early arrival well. The general style and ambience was excellent. An easy walk from the town and good secure parking.

We only spent a night in Halepa Hotel and overall everything was ok. Clean and quiet room; bonus - the first kettle I find in a hotel room in Greece so that was a nice surprise.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Was not a problem to leave our car on their secured parking after the check-out for half a day while we took a strol through the city. Location is nice, they try to keep the atmosphere and interioir of the former embassy, which gives the entrance hall a certain flair.

We liked the beautiful rooms, the nice personnel at the reception, the lunch package for our trip to Samaria gorge and the parking facilities. We would book halepa hotel again!

We stayed only one night at Halepa hotel. This hotel is a gem! The staff is very professional and eager to help. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. We used hotel shuttle to get to the airport, very efficient.

Atmosphere and location

Loved this hotel so much we are going again next week. It is a short walk to Chania Village. Staff is great. The breakfast is outstanding. Just lovely
